- Winterfest has been going on for a long time! One of the most fun and best philanthropic event; Holiday party for about 200 Head-Start children (low income, under-privileged children from Iowa City) donation sign up in Res Hall, they can buy a gift, wrap them, and all presents are taken; Santa Claus/Mrs Claus there to play with children, have fun, play games, give door prizes

- Sign up at any front desk!

- Need more money though! For decorations, food, wrapping paper, extra gifts

-Asking for $300 from us

MOVE to approve them for $500 (more than asking for)

SECOND to approve. Move to discussion

Discussion: An excellent idea to give them more than they need, use for games, decorations, more food; we could sponsor 10 kids with our money
